Last Friday two of your technicians installed an outlet and new light and switch for me at (address ommitted for customer privacy).
I did not catch both names (I think one was Bobby), they were in and out quickly. It is not often that expectations of a service call of this nature are met, let alone exceeded, however my expectations were certainly exceeded this time!
Both technicians were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They took time to explain the work being performed and made suggestions that will be very useful should I have future work done.
Thanks to both, and your organization, for providing such outstanding service. I will not hesitate to call again should I need any other service and your company will be recommended to anyone asking me for a referral.

You know how sometimes you have people show up at your door to do work & you have to think twice about letting them in (covered in tattoos or piercings or whatever)? These guys are in uniform, well spoken, courteous...and answered all of our questions. We called them back to finish our basement of course!

Kenny at Heritage Electric: Honest, go-the-extra mile problem solvers. WOW! I cannot say enough good things about these guys. We've worked with Heritage for at least 5 years now. Last night, we lost power to a building. Kenny was getting ready to have a dinner out with his wife. He cancelled those personal plans, and stayed until almost 10 PM, fixing our problem. Called them for storm damage from the January '09 ice storm. My entire power head had collapsed off a 3 story home in the highlands.
They kept in contact with me through the process and let me know when someone would be there. They arrived, assessed the damage and repaired the job the day they arrived. The crew was excellent..did a great job and were very thorough explaining what they did. They also salvaged as many parts to reuse as they could. Their actual price was a little less than what they estimated.
They did a great job and I'll keep their name on file for future jobs. I've told several people at work about them.

We have used Heritage Electric for a number of issues, and have been extremely happy with the service we recieved. From adding an extra outlet to completely replacing our circuit box, they arrive in a reasonable amount of time and make sure to never leave a mess when they leave. I also like that when I call I am talking directly to Kenny,the owner of the company. He is very knowledgeable and patient, wether he is just answering my questions or setting up an appt. We will definitely use them again for any electrical needs in the future.
